Rough Collie Gatherings
Rough Collies love the company of other Rough Collies - over the past couple of years in the UK Rough Collie gatherings have been popping up all over the country. Now you can see when and where they are going to take place.
What do we do at the gatherings?
The gatherings are social events where Rough Collies, Smooth Collies and Shelties get together with their owners at various locations throughout the UK to walk, talk and play. (Well the dogs play - we have not observed the humans playing yet!)
There is no charge (other than parking at some of the venues) and it is a great opportunity to meet other Collie and Sheltie owners and see how these wonderful dogs connect with each other.
The majority of the walks can be cut short if required and everyone can meet at the end and enjoy a cuppa and a cake (depending on the venue)
Can you help to support Rough Collies in the Ukraine?
Ukrainian Rough Collie Aid is a registered charity in the UK working with Collies Without Borders in the US to provide compassionate relief to Rough Collies and their owners in the Ukraine.
We offer assisitance in the forms of grants tailored to the needs of the dogs. This could be to cover the costs of medicines required or just to help with living expenses.
We also have a shop that you can buy Rough Collie goods. All profits from sales go to the charity.
